Peak Voltage Probes

Some processes are very concerned with the consistent value of the peak voltage applied to the plasma.  This voltage is a resultant of the fundamental and also the harmonic frequencies applied to the electrode from the impedance matching unit.

A Peak Voltage probe can view this resultant voltage or be tuned to a specific band of frequencies as the customer requires.
